Toni Sarrión is responsible for the project and author of Mustiguillo. He practices 100% organic viticulture, aware of the value of conserving flora and fauna of the environment. Combines old Bobal vines on dry glass and strict, with the most modern techniques of cultivation trellis, seeking a balance between plant and soil climate.
Toni Sarrión’s story is not that of a winemaker to use. Raised in an environment of continuous work instilled by his father, Toni graduated in Business Management and Administration, working in different sectors over a dozen years: banking, porcelain table and road construction.
Finally, one day he decides to leave everything and return to study to their native Requena Enology and Viticulture. With much effort and to the disbelief of everyone, he has been able to recover and at the top, the wines of Bobal, his favorite variety.
No one before him paid Bobal the attention it deserved.
