Bodegas Triton is one of the last projects undertaken by Gil Family Estates in order to produce wines from the red varieties of grapes native from Castilla and León. 
 

Tritón Winery’s vineyards are composed of more than 30 different parcels of very old vines, which goes back to some of them until 1910, mainly located in the municipalities of Villanueva and El Pego, the later within the geographical scope of the D.O. Toro.
 

The technical direction in this winery is conducted by the Australian winemaker Frank Gonzales.
