Excellent reds are produced at this small and family winery with vineyards planted in limestone soils near Valbuena del Duero, mythical town in the production of quality wines within the D.O. Ribera del Duero.

Millions of years of constant water have been needed to cleave this legendary scar in the center of the northern plateau but a few hundreds of years ago, the monks of the Cistercian Order in the Monastery of St. Bernard, were pioneers in the winemaking of this land.
 

Nowadays, in Baden Numen they honor these monks and they are inspired by their desire to preserve tradition. On hands of Carlos Niño, they make wines coming out of the land, hard work and also love, passion and personal dedication.
