Dominio do Bibei is one of the hidden gems from Spain yet to be known. It is located in Galícia, precisely in the D.O. Ribeira Sacra. It is a very unique place, a land only interrupted by the sounds of its elements.

The project started in 2001 with the initiative of a group of people whose origins are precisely from that terrain and whose way of life has brought them back to it. The team is made up of Laura, Suso, David, Sarah and Rene Barbier. Each and every one of them is in charge of working, interpreting and transmitting the soil of the Dominio do Bibei.
 

Tradition and respect for the past is what Dominio do Bibei seems to be all about, using autochthonous grapes and natural elaboration process in their wines.
