Polo Monleón is located in a prime location among the vineyards, in Titaguas town. The proximity of the plots provided that the grapes arrive fresh and in a perfect condition. The building occupies 2,000 square meters, and is equipped with stainless steel tanks prepared to macerate at low temperature and thus achieve better extraction of aromatic compounds from the skins of the grapes.

Systems are also equipped with temperature control to the fermenting wine. The total capacity of the winery is 1,000,000 liters. Winery infrastructure consists of a reception room, fermentation vessel, stabilization and storage. It contains a small barrels park, a modern bottling line, office and wine house.

The main grape variety is the Merseguera, but also work the Macabeo and Tempranillo and Bobal, along with small amounts of other experimental grapevines.
