Salvora

Salvora is a very fine example of an Albariño wine produced by Rodrigo Mendez. It is a limited production white wine which is hard to seek in the market and is suitable for ageing. It shows a slight saline note stemming from the proximity of the vineyards to the Sea. Nevertheless, Rodrigo Mendez’s vineyards are located in a rather mountainous area with higher altitude than the average Galician vineyard.

The mouth is very pleasant, light, refreshing with bright flavours of pear, citrus fruits and star anise. Its texture is rich and creamy. Very good acidity.
