The area enjoys a continental climate with an Atlantic influence and strong temperature changes between night and day.

In the vineyard no herbicides or pesticides are used. The auxiliary fauna is respected to the maximum and the natural reserves of the vineyard.

Very Intense dark red colour, almost black

In nose, full of fruit such as redcurrant, cherry, plum, some woodland herbs, with great aromatic breadth and balsamic freshness.

VdT Castilla y Leon

Great wine with marked structure with vigorous and precise tannins. Lively and plush, great class and with a long life ahead.

32 months in new French and American oak barrels.

Traditionally paired with lamb or game. Also cured meats, roasted pork and mature cheeses are great pairings for this wine.
