Jaspi means “jade” in Spanish and “negre” black in Catalan.
It is the name of a wine designed to those who have
recently discovered the world of wine. It is a high quality wine
that enhances the fruit maturity, easy to drink, complex with
a good aftertaste.
A whole amount of fruit and freshness, with balsamic, mineral
notes and oak. A great wine that appeals to most customers.
It is a portrait of the D.O. Montsant wines. A good
Mediterranean wine.
The blend of grapes from diferent vineyards from 15 to 80
years of age and their traditional preparation make this wine
unique. Each plot/vineyard has a diferent mineral composition:
chalky, decomposed granite, clay, slate, iron, pebbles… so
the taste is very diferent from one vineyard to another. Their
combination makes this wine great.
