El Nido

One of the great red wines from Jumilla. This wine is the result of the partnership between Juan Gil (Juan Gil winery) with the cooperation of the Australian oenologist Chris Ringland. It is made of Cabernet Sauvignon and Monastrell from old vines. Very limited production: 5000 bottles. It results intense, concentrated and complex, a little bit sophisticated and with resources to meditate on its extraordinary richness of extract and savor. Grapes are very carefully selected both in the vineyard and in the selection table at the winery. It is aged in new oak barrels for a period of 22-26 months.
