The grapes come from vineyards with low yields located high on the hillsides, 700-1000 metres above sea level. The vineyards are planted in mainly decomposed slate and gravely clay soils. It is a magniicent expression of an elegant Grenache from Aragon. An excellent concentration of red fruit on the palate and a whif of creaminess on the nose. Just a few seconds in the mouth is all it takes to appreciate this wondrous experience. The fermentation was carried out in stainless steel tanks to obtain a very complex wine after 10 months of maturing in French oak barrels.
