The selected grapes are placed into small stainless-steel tank with capacity between 7 and 8 tons. The must is basket pressed and the fermentation is finished in new French and American oak barrels where it completes the malolactic fermentation. The wine is aged in barrels for 20 months and is bottled unfiltered.
